The BEST Cafe Rio Cilantro Ranch Dressing **

Hands-down this is the best Cafe Rio dressing knockoff out there. I even had a taste test once.
1 packet Traditional Hidden Valley Ranch mix (do NOT use buttermilk version)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk
2 tomatillos, husks removed, diced
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 clove garlic
Juice of 1 lime
1 jalapeño (we like it spicy, so we keep in the seeds)
Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
