Cream Cheese Potatoes

An easy side dish my mom used to make and every time I make it I wonder why I don't make it more - no gravy needed.

1 recipe mashed potatoes for 8 - made as directed
2 eggs, well beaten
4 oz. cream cheese, softened

Combine mashed potatoes, eggs and cream cheese. Put in casserole dish; bake at 350 degrees for about a half hour.
