Creamy Crock Pot Chicken
Renee Suitter
This classic dish is from the Heritage Cookbook. I like it because you can feed a large group for dinner with little last minute preparation. Children seem to love this. A friend of mind called it "Star Wars Chicken" to entice the small boys to give it a try. They loved it and always call it by that name.
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 packet Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
Combine soup, cream cheese, and dressing mix. Pour over chicken in the crock pot and cook all day on low heat. Serve over noodles or rice.
