Crockpot Pot Roast with Amazing Gravy

Great for Sunday dinners because it makes the roast and gravy all in one crockpot.

1 (3-5 lb.) beef roast
Garlic salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 cup canned beef gravy
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Set roast in crockpot and sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.  Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cook on low for 12 hours or on high for 6-7 hours. When finished, strain out gravy and serve with mashed potatoes.
