Fruit Sherbet Punch

My grandmother and mother both made this recipe - a generational favorite. It has always been served for our missionary comings and goings.

2 quarts lemon sherbet
2 pkgs. frozen raspberries
2 pkgs. frozen peaches
2 pkgs. frozen blueberries
2 pkgs. frozen pineapple chunks (freeze if not frozen)
4-5 bananas
Sprite or 7-Up

Remove all frozen ingredients from freezer 1 hour before serving. Layer fruit and sherbet in large punch bowl. Pour in some Sprite or 7 Up to expand it.
