Peach Cobbler

We love to eat this at summer BBQ's. I double everything but the peaches.
6-8 fresh peaches, sliced or 2 (15 oz.) cans sliced peaches, drained

6-8 fresh peaches, sliced or 2 (15 oz.) cans sliced peaches, drained
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
Spray an 8" square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place sliced peaches into pan. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, salt, butter, egg, and baking powder. Roughly mix it into dough and crumble on top of peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
