Potato Casserole

This casserole is a hit with my grandchildren when they visit from Ohio.

12 small to medium potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup grated onion

Boil potatoes with skins. Cool, peel and grate. Mix all ingredients together. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Or:  Top with bread crumbs and bake uncovered.
(I make crumbs of 2 slices homemade wheat bread in food processor)
