Super Easy, Yummy Roast

The name says it all! It's especially great because there's very little clean up.

4 lb. boneless beef roast or pork loin (I buy the 4 pack pork loin roasts at Costco)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup - (I use 2 cans because we like more gravy)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 
1 cup water

Place meat on double layer of heavy duty aluminum foil. Combine soup and dry soup mix. Spread on top and sides of meat. Wrap first layer of foil around meat and crimp tightly to seal. Follow with second layer of foil, crimping tightly to seal. Put water in bottom of slow cooker. Place foil covered roast in slow cooker on top of water. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. (Makes a great sandwich or serve with mashed potatoes.)
