Wonton Chinese Chicken Salad **

A family favorite!

2 cups chicken breasts (cut up or use 1 lb. chicken tenders)
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. flour

Combine chicken, garlic salt, paprika, and flour in a ziploc bag and shake to combine. Put chicken in a dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 head leaf lettuce
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1 pkg. wonton skins, fried (or order from Chinese restaurant)

Break lettuce into bite size pieces, toss all ingredients together, add dressing just before serving.

Dressing:
4 tsp. accent (oriental)
1 cup oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
8 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 cup rice vinegar (marukan orange label)
