BBQ Crockpot Chicken

I've always loved walking in the house after a cold soccer or lacrosse game and smelling BBQ chicken in the crock pot. Steam some veggies and rice and have dinner ready within minutes. (This recipe is gluten free if you use a gluten free sauce.)

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (12 oz.) bottle barbeque sauce

Put all ingredients in crockpot and cook on high for 5 hours if using frozen chicken, less time for fresh - until chicken juices run clear. Shred chicken with 2 forks. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
