Fiesta Salad

This is a staple when we have a family BBQ or lunch - easy and delicious!

1 1/2 pkg. Rotini noodles, cooked and cooled
1 can corn
Sliced olives
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 avocado, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 red or greed pepper, chopped
1 cup cubed or shredded cheddar cheese

Dressing:
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dip Mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk

Add avocado, tomato and dressing just before serving.
