Mustard Sauce for Baked Ham

This is a family recipe.  It's beginnings are attributed to my mother's grandmother--Nellie Macfarlane Dix.  It's great on a sandwich the day after with leftover ham.

5 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. dry mustard (like Coleman's)
Apple cider vinegar

Mix dry ingredients together and add vinegar until desired consistency - about the same thickness as honey.
