Crepes

This is a recipe my companion and I make often.

1 cup flour
3/4 liter of milk
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. oil

Mix together and cover the bottom of a small frying pan. Add ham, cheese, spinach and cook it altogether into the crepe. When done fold the crepe over and top with tomatoes and avocados.
