Baked Carrots

The best carrot recipe! Serves 6.

Enough carrots for 6 people, peeled and cooked
1/4 cup water reserved from cooked carrots
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp. butter

Place cooked carrots in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients (except for breadcrumbs and butter) and pour mixture over carrots. Combine breadcrumbs and butter and sprinkle on top of carrots. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
