I'm A Lousy Cook!!

Every cookbook should end with a smile!

When Pat was asked to contribute to this cookbook her answer said it all.

"I'm a lousy cook!  I cooked for a big husband and five big boys and I just tried to keep them fed!  I cooked in quantity, not quality.  At the end of a meal at least one would say, 'Is there anything else to eat?'"

When asked if she could enter a recipe of her mother's, she laughingly replied,  "She was a lousy cook too!!!"
