Cinnamon Cake

A family favorite for birthdays, holidays or any day of the week.
1 yellow cake mix
1 small instant vanilla pudding
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup cream sherry
1 tsp. butter flavoring
3 extra large eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Combine cinnamon and sugar. Spray bundt pan with cooking spray and coat with cinnamon and sugar. Mix remaining ingredients. Add 1/3 of batter to pan and sprinkle the top with cinnamon and sugar. Repeat two more times. Sprinkle generously the remaining cinnamon and sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Serve warm or cooled. Can top with whipped cream if desired.
