Crab Meat Casserole

Crab and shrimp are the only seafood I'll eat so I have several good recipes calling for them. This one is easy and delicious!

1 can crab meat
1 can shrimp
1 Tbsp. minced Onion
1 cup mayonnaise
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 cup half & half

1 cup soft bread crumbs plus about 1/4 cup melted butter. (Add more butter as needed.)

Combine all ingredients.  Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
