Crockpot Black Bean Chicken

This is a favorite for our family.  Since this can be made in a crockpot or even an instant pot, it is really easy and a life saver for me - helping me to get dinner on the table after a busy day.

4-6 chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup salsa
1 can corn
1 can black beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 cup sour cream (optional)
1 cup grated cheese

Cook on high for 4 hours (from thawed, longer if frozen), or on low for 8 hours. Shred chicken and add sour cream, if desired. Serve on taco shells or over brown rice topped with cheese.
