Jane's Hot Fudge Sauce

I got this recipe from a dear friend of mine and I have been giving it away with peppermint ice cream during Christmas time ever since.
1
can sweetened condensed milk
1
square semi-sweet chocolate
1
square unsweetened chocolate
2
Tbsp. butter
1
tsp. vanilla
Melt
the chocolate and butter over low heat.
After melted, pour the condensed milk and the vanilla and stir well
keeping it over the low heat. Use
immediately or keeps in the fridge up to 10 days.
