Easy Bundt Cake
Christine Christensen
This recipe came from my sister-in-law who wrote a cookbook and is so delicious and moist. It's a favorite birthday cake selection around our house.
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup warm water
1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
Mix together cake mix, eggs, sour cream, apple sauce, water and pudding mix. Do not over beat. Pour into buttered and lightly floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until fork comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Dust with powdered sugar, or frost.
Frosting:
1/3 cup Hershey Cocoa
1 cube butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
Mix together and add enough mild to make it a creamy consistency.
