Egg Casserole

This is a recipe that we love to have for Christmas breakfast.

10 eggs
2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup minced green onion
2 (4 oz.) cans of green chilis, drained
4 cups monterey jack cheese

Beat eggs. Add cottage cheese and beat until almost smooth. Beat in flour, baking powder and butter. Stir in onion, chili and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes in greased 9 x 13 pan. Serve with salsa.
