I love serving in Peru! I have become quite the expert at making guacamole - the produce here is incredible and so inexpensive.

Avocados (They are amazing in Lima!)
Tomatoes
Lemon Juice
Salt
Trader Joe's Green Dragon Sauce

Smash avocados. Add chopped tomatoes, lemon juice, and salt to taste. Stir together (technique is everything - the stirring is all in the wrist.) Get some Green Dragon sauce at Trader Joe's (best stuff ever on just about everything. My mom sent me a bottle in my Christmas package last year and I was so happy!) Stir in the Trader Joe's Green Dragon sauce to taste and enjoy!
