Jardine's Salmon Marinade
Ann Orton
This recipe was Jim Jardine's, Winnifred's son, but has no connection to her tried and true recipes. Jim used it as a staple when he served as mission president and I was the lucky recipient of this quick, easy, delicious dinner when I visited the mission.
1 lb. salmon
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. minced ginger
1/3 cup orange juice
Combine marinade ingredients and leave in refrigerator 4-6 hours or overnight. Grill on lightly greased foil and serve. Makes 4-6 servings.
