Jerk Chicken

2 whole chicken breasts with bone in, cut in half, fat trimmed and rinsed

Season the chicken with salt and oregano. Flour breasts and brown in olive oil on both sides, medium heat. Remove and place in baking dish. Pour jerk sauce (below) over chicken and bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes.

Jerk Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
1 cup barbeque sauce
2/3 cup Jamaican Jerk sauce
1/2 cup water

Mix well.
