Marinade for Manti Turkey or Chicken

This go-to, quick and easy marinade for poultry developed as a marketing tool by the turkey growers of Sanpete County. I first tried it at the Food Marketing Institute meetings in Chicago and it's a staple.
2 cups of 7-Up
1 cup soy sauce
3/4-1 cup canola oil
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. garlic powder
2-3 lbs. poultry, boned and cut in strips
Combine marinade ingredients and marinate meat overnight. Grill 7-10 minutes per side, depending on size of pieces.
