Mexican Wedding Cookies

1/2 lb. butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cold water
2 cups flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Powdered sugar for rolling

Mix well.  Roll into balls and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.  Do not let them brown!  Carefully remove from the cookie sheet and roll in powdered sugar while they are still hot.  Then roll again when cool.
