Pat’s Cornbread

I can’t make my mom’s chili without my Aunt Pat’s cornbread and I can’t make my Aunt Pat’s cornbread without my mom’s chili.
2 cups Bisquick
2 heaping Tbsp. corn meal
½ tsp. baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 cube butter, melted
2 eggs
1 cup milk
Nonstick spray
Beat eggs, milk, and melted butter. Fold in Bisquick, corn meal, baking soda, and sugar. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25–30 minutes, until inserted toothpick comes out clean and top is golden.
