Pizza Crust
Christine Christensen
I don't like store bought pizza. This homemade version is almost as easy and so much better! This is a no fail recipe, it turns out perfectly every time.
2 Tbsp. yeast
Pinch of sugar
1 1/4 cups warm water
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup olive oil
Sprinkle yeast over the warm water, add a pinch of sugar. Stir together. Add oil. Mix in flour and knead together until dough is mixed. Put dough in bowl and cover with towel. Let rise until doubles in bulk, about 1 hour. Roll out on pizza pan. Add toppings (we like sausage, cheese, and lots of veggies) and bake at 375 degrees for 17 - 20 minutes or until dough is lightly browned on edges.
