Sandra's Meat Loaf

This is a double recipe, serves 8 or 9; I have used it for years. It freezes well, and is great for cold days.
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 can mushroom or cream of chicken soup
3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
Mix together gently by hand, don't over mix or it becomes tough. Pat into a 9 x 13 pan, or two loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 60 minutes.
