Spinach Stuffed Shells

I really struggle having dinner ready after a busy day of work.  This recipe is fast and healthy and helps me out a lot.

Large container of low-fat cottage cheese or low-fat ricotta cheese
Bunch of spinach, chopped and cooked
Grated mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Jumbo shells or manicotti, cooked
Pasta sauce

Combine cottage cheese, spinach, cheese, and seasoning. Stuff mixture in cooked jumbo shells or manicotti. Put pasta sauce in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Lay stuffed shells upside down and spoon sauce over top. Cover with foil and freeze at this point or bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
