Crock pot Catalina Chicken **

A crock pot recipe from our daughter, Angela, who likes to make things with no more than three ingredients.  "It saves so much prep time!"

Chicken  (I use 3 'packets' of the included 6 of Costco fresh chicken tenderloins)

Mix together:
1 bottle Catalina salad dressing
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Put chicken in crock pot and add dressing and brown sugar mixture over the top. Cover and cook 5-6 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high depending on how much you cook.  Mix around about half way through cooking time if you can. Serve over rice.
