Yummy Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Found in a magazine during my college days and have made it ever since.

1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained.and finely chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
3/4 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
3/4 cup Kraft Light Mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and spoon into a 9 inch dish or pie plate. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with chips
