Baked Beans

1/2 cup chopped onion or 1/2-1/4 cup dehydrated onion
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup brown sugar
1-1½ cup ketchup
30 oz. or 2 1/2 cups pork and beans
6 slices of bacon cut up and partially cooked (I sometimes use about 1 cup bacon crumbles from Costco) 
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
Mix together and bake at 275 degrees for 2-4 hours. I usually do this in a crockpot on low for about 6 hours and leave the lid ajar so that some of the liquid evaporates and it is thicker.
