Jeanne Nibley Sandwiches
Carolyn Nelson
Jeanne Nibley was our Relief Society President years ago. She was just wonderful, so full of fun and life. These are wonderful little sandwiches for open houses.
1 can crescent dough sheet
Pat flat on cookie sheet and bake about 8 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool.
Mix well and spread on cooled dough sheet:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup scant mayo
2 Tbsp. Ranch seasoning
Put on top:
Broccoli (lightly steamed and just the little flowerets)
Sliced olives
Grated carrots
Grated cheese
Chill and cut.
