Pina Colada

A family favorite for luncheons.

1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 can Cocoa Lopez Cream of Coconut milk
1/2 gal. pineapple sherbet
1 large bottle of Sprite

Mix together pineapple juice and coconut milk. Just before serving add scoops of sherbet and Sprite. (For a little different taste, add raspberry instead of pineapple sherbet.)
