Pizza Dough

My boys like to help me make the pizza.

2 1/2 tsp. yeast
3 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup hot water
1 egg

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Once it combines, begin to knead--use extra flour as needed--until it isn’t too sticky. Divide into two balls, lightly coat with a bit of olive oil, set on plates, let sit for a couple of hours to rise. Roll out to desired shape (sprinkle flour on counter to prevent sticking); top with favorite toppings. Bake at 450 degrees for about 15-20 minutes (depending on thickness of dough).
