Cabbage Rolls

This Greek recipe was passed down to me from my mother-in-law.
Olive oil
1 yellow onion
1 1/2 lb. beef
Cinnamon
Dill
Clove
Nutmeg
1 large can tomato sauce
1 cup Uncle Ben's original rice
1 cup water
Head of cabbage
Sauce:
3 cloves garlic
1 medium can tomato sauce
Dill
Saute onion in olive oil. Add beef and cook. Drain fat. Add cinnamon, dill, clove, and nutmeg. Add tomato sauce, rice and water. Simmer covered, then uncovered until rice is soft. Roll individual cabbage leaves with filling and arrange in baking dish.
Make sauce by sautéing garlic in olive oil. Add tomato sauce and dill. Simmer. Pour sauce over cabbage rolls. Cook at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
