Cinnamon Swirl Cake
Pauline Poulsen
This recipe came from the Manhattan, New York Ward 70 years ago when I was a young woman.

Sweet Pauline Poulsen has made this cake for our family over the years. I wanted to make sure it was included in the cookbook.
1 yellow cake mix or french vanilla (Betty Crocker)
1 large box vanilla instant pudding mix
3 Tbsp. flour
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup water
4 eggs
Mix all ingredients by hand. Spray bundt pan well.
Combine:
Ample 1/2 cup sugar
Ample 4 tsp. cinnamon
Sprinkle 1/2 of cinnamon sugar mixture in sprayed bundt pan, covering bottom and sides thoroughly.
Pour in half of cake batter, sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture, then add remaining cake mixture and top with whatever cinnamon sugar is left. (This will end up being on the bottom of the cake when it is upended on the serving plate when slightly cooled.)
Bake 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
