Classic Clam Dip

This is a classic recipe that I have used countless times.This throwback to the 60's is always a fave. Serve with Ruffles Potato Chips. Tip: One clove of garlic is plenty.

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1-2 minced garlic cloves
Dash cayenne pepper
Freshly ground black pepper

Drain the clams, reserving 2 Tbsp. of juice. Beat the juice with the cream cheese, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Fold in the clams, parsley, garlic, cayenne, and pepper. Serve immediately or chill. Mix in a mixer for a creamer dip. Serve with Crinkle Potato Chips to capture the full retro feeling of the recipe!
