Fresh Peach Pie

This is a family favorite every fall. I always use Marie Calendar's pie crust to make it a fast and easy dessert.

2/3 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 cups pineapple juice
1 baked pie shell
Fresh sliced peaches

Whisk sugar, salt, and cornstarch together. Cook juice, sugar, salt, and cornstarch together until thickened. Let cool and pour over sliced peaches in pie shell.
