Orange Cheese Cake

This recipe is found at Tasty Japan. You bake/cook it in the rice cooker. It is easy and good for breakfast.
2/3 cup pancake mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cream cheese, room temperature
2 eggs
1 orange
2 Tbsp. orange zest
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup melted butter
For the rice cooker:
2 Tbsp, melted butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
1. Prepare the orange zest
2. Cut the orange into 7 slices
3. Add the cream cheese and the sugar in a bowl and mix well
4. Add the eggs, the orange zest and the lemon juice and keep mixing
5. Add the pancake mix and add to mixture. Lastly add the butter and mix in
6. Butter the rice cooker and coat with the sugar
7. Lay down the orange slices on the bottom
8. Pour the batter into the rice cooker and cook about 40 minutes.
