Rhubarb Pie

This rhubarb pie just makes your mouth water!

2 1/2 to 3 cups sliced rhubarb
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
Brown sugar
Unbaked pie shell
Pastry for top

Put sliced rhubarb in unbaked pie shell. Make paste of flour, sugar, and egg and drop by spoonfuls on top  of rhubarb. Sprinkle with brown sugar and add a crisscross pastry top. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Best served warm with ice cream.
