Shell-Roni Salad

Easy to make and very tasty - my husband's favorite!

1 pkg. shell-roni
2 cans medium shrimp
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup radishes
3 chopped hard boiled eggs

Dressing:
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 cup mayonnaise 
1 cup ketchup


Cook the shell-roni pasta for 8-10 minutes. When done, place in a strainer and pour cold water on it until it's cool. Place back into a bowl and add shrimp, celery, radishes, and eggs and mix together. Mix the ingredients for the dressing into the salad and then stir all together. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
