Taco Soup

This recipe has been in my family for years and we make it at least once a week during the fall and winter! We especially like to make it on Halloween night before the kids go trick or treating. It's so easy, healthy, and yummy.

1 lb. hamburger
1 can corn with juice
1 can kidney beans with juice
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/3 cup salsa
Onion salt
1 Tbsp. chili powder or 1/2 tsp. taco seasoning mix

Mix and simmer for 10 minutes.  You can add water and another can of tomatoes, if desired.  Serve with cheese, chips, etc. on top if desired.  Serves about 4.
