Honey Mustard Chicken (Gluten Free)

How can something so easy be so yummy? When my kids took turns cooking this was a favorite - easy and delicious - just steam some veggies and rice and you have a full course dinner within 30 minutes.

1/2 cup butter (melt in microwave)
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared squeeze mustard
1/2 tsp. curry powder
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Make sauce. Pour 2/3 of sauce over the chicken. Save the remaining sauce for dipping. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with white rice. Serves 6.
