I hesitate to put this in the cookbook, but truth is I use this recipe all the time and it might be life changing for someone like it was for me! It's a great way to use up "old" bread - rolls, sliced bread, hot dog buns, any type of bread - your family will devour it without blinking an eye. I adapted the recipe from an appetizer over 20 years ago that called for coating all four sides of bread cubes with the spread and baking them - obviously you can do that too if you want. And yes, I even named it after myself.

Equal parts of mayonnaise and butter
Grated Parmesan cheese (the kind in the can)
Bread

Yep that's it. I spread a layer of butter and then a layer of mayo on the bread. Place on foil lined baking sheet. Shake Parmesan cheese over bread and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until light brown and crispy around the edges.
