Orange Marinated Flank Steak

The orange marmalade and ginger give the flank steak amazing flavor!

1 lb. flank steak

Blend in blender:
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. each sweet orange marmalade and olive oil
2 tsp. fresh grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced

Combine with steak in Ziploc bag. Refrigerate 3-6 hours.
Grill medium-hot. Let steak rest before thinly slicing across grain.
