Skillet Rice - gluten free

This is my mom's recipe and our family has been making it for 50+ years. Not only does it smell good (melted butter -yum!), but it tastes just as good.
4 Tbsp. butter
3 cups chicken broth - use a gluten free brand
2 cups minute rice
2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
1 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
Melt butter in flat skillet until light brown. Add rice, cook stirring constantly, until rice takes on color. Add chicken broth and onion and mix thoroughly. Place lid on skillet and cook on low for about 25 minutes. Add parsley after cooked.
