Breton Crepes (Sweet)

1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 cups milk
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix dry ingredients and then stir in remaining ingredients, beating with hand mixer until smooth. Pour scant 1/4 cup of batter into heated, non-stick 6" to 8" skillet and immediately rotate until thin film covers entire bottom. Cook until light brown; turn and brown other side. Stack them up and enjoy with fruit, jam, Nutella or a little melted butter with sugar sprinkled on top.
