Dan's Chili

I make this recipe for chili cook-off competitions and it has won twice! The recipe comes from a former employee.
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
3 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup, undiluted
2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
1 cup water
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Combine ground beef, pork sausage, onion and celery in a
big frying pan and stir to crumble meat. Drain well. Mix the remaining
ingredients together and then add to the meat mixture. Stir until all is
combined. Put all ingredients in a crock pot on low for about 6 hours.
